Problem
This popular south Lethbridge coffee shop required our assistance when problems from previous construction practices were revealed. Light standards and signs required stabilization and a deep fill on a portion of the site was required.

Solution
We were able to engineer, design and install a screw pile solution that would stabilize foundation, fixtures, lights and signs. The installation was completed very quickly with no disturbance to Starbucks or its surrounding businesses.
