Problem
This Lethbridge land developer was constructing a series of residential condominiums in 2 phases and needed deck and entry foundations installed as well as light stands. Portions of the development were already paved, backfill was completed and winter weather was approaching.

Solution
We were able to engineer, design and install a screw pile solution for every element required. We completed the installations quickly with no disruption to other areas of the development process. Because there was no curing process to circumvent, load was able to be applied to the deck and entry foundations immediately, making it simple for the developer to easily meet time lines.
